Application fees collected for the processing of rental applications may be non-refundable after processing has begun. Application fees cover the cost of tenant screening, background checks, and administrative processing, regardless of the outcome of the application.

Fees for completed property management services are generally non-refundable. Management fees are earned upon delivery of services including tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and property oversight activities.

Consultation fees may be non-refundable once services have been delivered or the consultation session has been conducted. If a scheduled consultation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the fee may be forfeited.
